Cell Phone Troubleshooting Tips

I have a cracked screen
This requires a technician to fix. We use authorized parts directly from the manufacturer to fix cracked screens.
My phone has no power

Try changing the charger.

Try turning on the phone with the charger plugged in.  When you unplug the charger, if your phone will not stay on, then there is a hardware issue. Bring your phone to us.

If the phone won’t turn on when trying different chargers, then it may be a problem with the battery not holding or receiving a charge. We can change out batteries. 

My phone dies quickly after a full charge
Do you have a ton of apps running in the background? Go into the settings and turn off the apps you don’t nee.

Decrease your phone’s brightness or use the automatic brightness setting.

Keep your WIFI on most of the time. A WIFI connection uses less power than a cellular network.

Turn off location services for any running apps.

If you try all of these solutions and still have battery life issues, it may be time for a new battery. Bring your phone to us.
